We have a high success rate with the rentals we manage and a very low eviction rate due to our screening process. We provide major league service at minor league prices. We have a limited number of properties we manage so we can give each home the personal attention it deserves. Management Services

  • Consulting

  • Collection of monthly rent

  • Disbursement of monthly rent

  • Monthly statements of accounts upon request

  • Year-end statements of accounts

  • Physical inspections of properties

  • Periodic drive-by inspections

  • Arrange to have home re-keyed w/ each new lease

  • Provide statements, invoices, and/or receipts for repairs

  • Make-ready and repairs

Tenant Criteria

  • At least 12-months valid rental history

  • 3 credit accounts, established for 1 year or more, and in good standing

  • At least 12-months with current employer

  • Income at least three-times greater than monthly rent

Tenant Screening

  • Credit evaluation

  • Criminal background check

  • Employment and income verification

  • Previous landlords verification and rental history evaluation

Management Fees

  • Complete Management Services: $100 flat-fee for rent $1,000 or less per month, or 10% of the monthly rent per month

  • Leasing services: One month’s rent
